Meridian Homes

A life that runs itself

Master-planned mountain living at the head of the valley. Warm windows, quiet streets, and a home that takes care of the thinking for you.

The Meridian promise

Come home to certainty

Every Meridian home is built to one trusted plan. The same pitch on every roof, the same flashing, the same vent stack set the same distance off the same ridge, house after house after house. We call that a neighborhood. Some builders leave things to chance. We have engineered the chance out.

At five o'clock the whole valley lights up at once, west to east, in a wave that rolls house by house like clockwork. It is the loveliest thing you will see all day, and you will want to be home to see it. You will be. Your home will already have started warming without being asked.

The community, as planned

One valley, one plan

Meridian Homes 2005 master-plan lot map of the valley: hundreds of tightly packed lots colored by Phase One, Phase Two, and Phase Three, ringing the town square. At the lower-right corner, the hill parcel is left blank inside a dotted boundary.
The Master Plan, as filed. Phases One through Three delivered on schedule. The parcel at the southeast corner is not part of the community and is not discussed.

The smart home, standard in every plan

Every home listens

At the heart of every Meridian home is the Comfort Box, mounted in the hall at shoulder height. It keeps a quiet conversation going with every room, day and night. One steady green light means it is listening. It is always listening. That is how it knows to keep you comfortable before you ask.

The Comfort Box responds to any authorized key holder within range, so help is never far, whether you are home or not.
